- We will start project work only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are partial and will depend on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- No refunds will be provided for completed work or delivered digital products.
- Subscription-based services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and content created for you.
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
- Pre-built templates, licensed tools, or third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide all necessary content, images, and relevant information in a timely manner.
- Delays in providing information may result in project delays without affecting payment schedules.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all materials you provide to us.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from downtime, third-party issues, or misuse of the website.
- We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic, or sales results from digital marketing services.
8. Privacy & Data
- We collect and store client information solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
